  • I’m super fuckin curious now. As a type 1 diabetes since 12y/o, before the 2010’s the only readily available 0 sugar drink options were water and diet pop. So for idk 20 years I was raised on DP giggety

Fast forward to the first time I got coke zero from a restaurant when it first came out. I was 100% positive they were putting sugar in it and have not wavered from that unfounded conspiracy theory.

Even more so after every brand of pop, juice, energy drink after that 2010ish decade had its own zero sugar options on the market. Nothing comes even close to the flavor in coke zero. In the absolute slimmest chance this has been a day 1 fuckup they are just catching I still feel like it could be a very small amount cuz that all it takes to give body to a zero sugar drink.

My source for this belief can be found in drinks like Gatorade G2 vs GZero, or new Prime energy drinks I see everywhere now, or another good one is the oj brands who offer half the sugar options of OJ.

You drink a zero sugar drink back to back with any of these example and you will totally get what I’m saying about the empty taste of zero sugar vs the fuller less chemically tasting “low” not “zero” options lisred above.

Then look at the total carbs of the light sugar options to the full flavor all the sugar options and the one with the highest amount of sugar should be the OJ and even that is only 50% of the full flavored OJ.

Normal energy drink: 35-50g of carms compared to 6g of carbs in prime. Gatorade: 36g vs G2 is i wanna say 12ga or go further with Gatorade Fit that has a splash of juice and that is a mere 4g of carbs.

So back to coke zero. It could only take a couple grams per can to get that real coke taste in coke zero. Yes it could cause most diabetics to raise an eyebrow as to why they’re sugar readings after a coke zero are slightly higher but the reality of it is you would haven’t be on the strictest regiment diet of the same exact amount of portions, recipes and execute your insulin delivery efficiency to perfection rotating sites so the same % of injected insulin is retained for every meal and even then the difference from adding a can of coke zero with 4-8g of carb is barely going to move the needle.

For most diabetic insulin regiments they start you off on a scale of 1unit of insulin per every 12-15g of carbs consumed depending on the person’s size, age etc. Way back when they first trained me I was instructed to round to the nearest 5 and take the closest dose of insulin to match. So a single can isn’t ever going to ruin someone’s night cuz it isnt even enought carbs to round up to take 1 unit on insulin for.

Still doesn’t make me any less interested if my bat shit crazy conspiracy theory is actually true. Lol

  • Please stop doing the fuckin reddit hivemind thing. This thread is full of people shitting on X but noone bringing up how absolutely horrible this article is. From the top the author clearly has done zero research into the advertising suit the article it’s titled about. Has there been a mass internet censoring movement that I missed? Since when has the shock and awe content failed to draw audiences en mass? Either way the writer goes off on this rant about the moral compass of internet content consumers being out off by negative content. Aside from the ridiculousness of the claim, the author at multiple points admits to their admitted speculation being truth. Didn’t take much to click on the link provided that is supposed to support his estimate that X lost 80% of its advertisement revenue THEN LINKS TO A YAHOO ARTICLE ABOUT THE SHARE VALUE DROPPING 84%🤣 I mean come on manual there are educated ways shit on X that are fuckin lay ups and this asshat can’t even avoid writing made up shit. His only other link that isn’t to other articles written by Gizmodo was a link to an article that is 6 fuckin years old speculating if Youtube would survive “adocalypse” back in 2017. Basically proving that the morality of the content doesn’t dictate the loyalty of the consumer or the very competitive nature of the marketing and advertising industries. Last fuckin point that irked from the comments is the notion like this company is being bullied by musk/X or whomever to back out of the lawsuit… theyre a fuckin $150 BILLION corporation. If they are pulling out of thr lawsuit, its because their board members felt ut was in their bottom line’s best interest not because they’re any mother Theresa. OK I swear to God this is my last bitch but I missed it on my initial read but THE FUCKING TITLE IS EVEN A BELLIGERENT LIE HAHAHAHA Unilever wasn’t fucking sued into submission like the fuking title literally says, they themselves pulled out of their decision and rejoined the X ad stream. Idiot author even tries spinning that as a David and Goliath bullshit by saying it’s assumed it was because X was making them pay for leaving!!! The only fuckin way a multi billion dollar corporation is being “forced” to payq fuckall is if it’s in a contract that will uphold in court. 🤣🤣🤣 Chatgpt can fuck this publication all day long out of real live journalists if this is the trash they’re putting out.

  • I mean cloud seeding has been happening for a very long time. I first heard of it as a story about a dude in the '50’s pissed the ski season sucked flew up and just dumped dry ice at a lower-ish Altitude somewhere up in the ADKs and sure as shit it works… under very specific conditions and nothing like how the mad skier did it.

It’s honestly not that baffling of a jump from cloud seeding to hurricane inseminating when you put it side by side with shit like flat earthers, Christianity, Tom Brady winning 7 rings deflating footballs, aliens building ancient architecture, the music city miracle wasn’t a forward lateral, Brett Hull’s skate wasnt in the goal crease for the 99 Stanley Cup winning goal, government using vaccines to drug the public rather than just putting drugs in toilet paper for 1/1billionth the cost and 100% distribution efficiency… etc. (Totally fucked myself by throwing a blanket over all of Christianity instead of itemizing shit like eating meat on Friday and humans have been around for only 2000 years lol)

  • Edit2: I wrote this in response to the first comment I read but after reading rest of thread I wanted this more visible. I’m not karma whoring and didn’t mean to spam the comments posting this twice but the comments here are all engaging as fuck but feel like they’re all circling around what im specifically pondering.

So why can’t he copy right the prompt which created it? Obviously not being 100% cereal about this specific scenario but in the early days of GPT4 I fed it fucking dissertation length prompt threads writing ridiculously niche and in depth scripted functions. I don’t know how to code but used a tool to create something extremely useful for my job. Some of the project took weeks to fully put together.

So what Im really asking is, why would it matter if I used cnc lathes to make something id want copywrited/patented or if I use a LLM to make it? Should it be any less protected because it’s taking the “muscle” or “legwork” out of it? Should engineers only design prototypes destine for copywrite/TM/R/patent office if the prototype can be made on manual machines? Again, I kinda understand I went over the top with this but I am fascinated with how the fuck people are guna come up with regulatory frameworks to define the modern age of intellectual property and all the TM/C/R/P drama to follow.

Edit: To expand, the shit I have made using GPT having limited but interested experience with IT work also didnt stike me as anything marketable until I got feedback from vendors and customers I gave it to but from reps that didn’t know I made it. It’s not the point of me asking I just thought itd help anyone who is guna respond to see that my questions are coming from more of a manufacturing a tool type of understanding rather than the AI toookurjerbs from the suffering artist or musician type of understanding.

  • Like dodging charges for assaulting his girlfriend in college? Or how about when he beat his kid and told his wife, “Bitch, you should be too” after she said to him, “your son is terrified of you” the proceeded to threaten his wife to lie to the authorities so the charges would be dropped.

He acted like the fucking scum bag he is to the cops and he fuckin got what he deserved. Mother fucker has been dodging charges that any non-athletic white person would never get away with. This piece of shit deserves to get hog tied and strung up like s pinata for his son to break open.
