Seriously, I thought there was already an agreement on how to approach this. Sex is the biological identification. Gender is the social identification. Sexuality describes the relation towards other sexes and genders. Neither take is really is disagreeing with the other, but rather than refer to proper identification and the differences between gender, sex, and sexuality, all they are doing is raising drama and playing hot potato with the terms that already cover this.

Yes, sex had a biological objective determinant (except for outlying cases). Yes, gender is subjective to ideology. However someone wants to identify themselves should be defined by their gender, yet things like how they get treated at the hospital is going to be determined by their biological sex. “Experts” (usually the self-appointed kind) unwilling to make any compromise at the risk of putting their big massively throbbing authority at risk, more at eleven.

What I’m reading is that they want to deport Americans in “mixed status families”, and then go after them as criminals when they don’t just continue paying taxes and fulfilling the ridiculous reporting requirements as they try to resettle their life in a new home and the US demands that their new local residence actually be treated as foreign assets. Which is great for the rich, because it basically saturates the system in such a way that the focus is taken away from rich tax evaders and tax avoidance schemes as it is driven to deal with these new “criminals”.

Ending birthright citizenship would lead to a lot of relief from the people leaving the US who are seeking renunciation - except I have a feeling that greed and the aforementioned reasons are going to find a way to still make them have to seek it.

In an alternate universe, Joker is considered a hero because he killed the criminal and the corrupt while Batman allowed them to live. What I’m reading is that they want to foster the greatest source of bankruptcies in the US, healthcare costs, while lowering the living standards to turn the US into a “third world shithole country”. For added irony, while also having an oligarch who had to migrate away from his home country for contributing to do the same in their birth country and not being able to reap what they sowed, just to end up doing the same in their new country.
