4·1 year agoHas he even been out in public? The last thing I saw about him was him in a bunker with a comically long table.
I have never in my life found a paper bag with handles that will hold groceries. I’d need easily twice as many to hold all my groceries vs my reusable ones.
You could have every democrat and independent vote to remove and it still won’t pass without Republicans.
Cuomo leads Mamdani 35% to 32% (within the plus or minus 3.4% margin of error)
So yeah you can’t really say that for sure. It feels like these narrow win predictions always end up in a loss.
And compensated for the harm?
Nah he’s too connected to NYC.
It should be allowed to add context in square brackets, e.g. “Fire in Springfield [Ohio]”.
Is this unusual, or does it often move around the country? The article doesn’t say.
The headline is a reading into it a bit. They said nothing is off the table, but they are confident that a conventional strike would accomplish the goal.
Not that a strike would happen anyway, but they rarely say that any option is completely off the table. A nuclear first strike should be one of those options off the table, but it’s the Trump administration we’re talking about.
Explosion no. Extra fallout, maybe. But the facility we’re talking about is deep underground, so even if it happens, hopefully that contains some of the fallout.
Didn’t a court already rule he couldn’t do this?
Historically, Nazi collaborators were executed.
Unless they were of particular value, like rocket scientists. I’m not aware of MBAs and CEOs being held in such value.
Iran has a right to defend itself, right?
Sort of. We’re already seeing it with abortions; doctors are doing the best they can to give people necessary care, while also trying to not violate the law.
This has already resulted in deaths.
And honestly I don’t blame them. Even if they break the law to save one life, they can’t treat anyone when they’re jailed.
Usually they do have badges.
But if you’re across the street and can’t see whether or not they have badges, don’t mention it. All you can see is masks and guns.
“Oh you voted Republican? Sorry you voted to deny this care, goodbye”
“Wait not like that”
Of course that won’t actually happen, because an ethical doctor would treat people regardless.
I’m guessing this parallels the whole strike itself, where Trump says he was personally involved every step of the way, but everyone else says he wasn’t.
Ok then you shouldn’t commit any?
You sure you want to ask that?
