    The abrupt change in leadership comes at a time when senior Justice Department officials are weighing whether to merge the ATF with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration as part of an effort to cut costs.

    Merging the departments together under GOP control, really? They’ll have to rename the departments then. These jokes write themselves.

    Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms or DAFT?

      The saying about ATF was that it sounded like a convenience store rather than a govt agency. I guess adding drugs just makes it better.
