Airbnb co-founder Joe Gebbia has said he wants to streamline online government services after Donald Trump appointed him to lead a new US National Design Studio.
The agency has been described as a stripped-down successor to the controversial Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), formerly headed by billionaire Elon Musk.
So a digital infrastructure upgrade is sorely needed but I sure as hell don’t trust this administration to do it.
They HAD a group for digital infrastructure. Guess who was one of the first groups targeted by DOGE? 18F was the group that was all internal to upgrade services like Weather.gov, Free File and lots more.

revamp the public websites at the cost of selling private data to health insurance companies and what not. then probably get caught and fined for %0.1 of the profit you made.
