Yeah actually, add some chili, you’ve basically got tajin, I can see that. Indian cuisine has awesome chili potatoes, I wouldn’t be surprised if there usually citrus in there.
Nah, you don’t eat mashed taters with thin crisps (corn or otherwise). You could, but typically people don’t.
