Do you also know that the NSA explicitly advised against the use of Signal for any governmental purpose, citing recent exploits by Russian hackers? Hell, Gmail even states that it reads your emails during signup. Still, Republicans are refusing an investigation.

The CR/shutdown was a lose/lose. According to EO 14210, Trump could terminate non-essential government employees in a large-scale reduction of workforce if there is insufficient funding. It would expedite Project 2025.

They’re not covered in the states either. Most of us know not to bring phones to protests, so the crowd videos are pretty limited, but you can find some on TikTok and Instagram. The next big one is on April 5th. Keep an eye out on social media for posts.

I protest often. There are protests practically daily in NYC.
The sad thing is this is only further driving inequality. Not only will private businesses struggle and get purchased by private equity, once prices go up, they won’t come back down. When the tariff tantrums eventually end, corporations will have a newly increased margin. We already witnessed that after recovering from covid supply chain constraints.
