They have access to priceless, otherwise unobtainable, data with no ethics. They’ll unfortunately get paid one way or another.
He’s deeply troubled by all of this, and incredibly disappointed. The Republicans are really going to need to consider that.
Hopefully it wasn’t deleted, deleted. Normally I feel like there would be backups, but I could see our fearless leader ordering it ALL to be permanently wiped such that recovery would be impossible.
I just want a good bun and a line of mustard.
Yeah, we know clock, we know.
Can’t have a crisis if we don’t call it a crisis.
The only solace I can find in this situation is that the worst ones will likely do something dumb and end up back in jail.
Yeah you’re correct
My favorite part is the US government, with its massive intelligence agencies, is trying to shake down its employees to discover their own org chart.

I wish I could remember where it was, but I recall a website that just kept track of the day to day highlights of every absurd thing he did. My Google fu is failing me now, but I definitely agree it should be part of his permanent record.
I think what frustrates me is he does these little stunts where he jingles his keys with his left hand and we all stare (myself included), while he has dozens of other terrible things cooking.
The left is doing it too right now. “Well we should have / could have prosecuted him, but we didn’t. Anyways, here is a list of crimes he’ll never be punished for”.
Again, I’m not disagreeing with you at all, I’m just tired already, and I want off this ride.
I tend to agree. It’s disrespectful, but Trump doesn’t have a single respectful bone in his body. It’s another example of him being shitty or incompetent, but not much more than a headline.
His advisors are salivating at their ideas on how to rip the country apart and turn it into some Christian nationalist hellhole further controlled by oligarchs. I really could give two shits about the flag.
Tip fatigue is real. When every interaction with a touchpad asks you for a little something extra on top of inflation, it gets old fast.
I tip 20% when I get served by a person. I typically add 10-15% on carryout, for their troubles.
A brewery I go to weekly for dinner with friends recently changed the tip buttons on the pad to 18, 22, and 25. I like them a lot, but the place is pricey, and you have to go to the bar to order. They get the 18% button now. (I could do the math, but… beer)
If they go after Medicaid or Medicare it might bring more attention to how fucked up insurance is for Americans. I don’t want them to be empowered to make any suggestions, but this might just bring a tense situation to a head.
It highlights that their elected officials are messing with something they like. It is also a lot safer for the business to block a geographic area than deal with PII.
If they operate in those states they need to obtain proof of age. I don’t exactly know how that works, since I haven’t had to do it, but I imagine it is something like uploading a driver’s license picture. If you have all that personal information you have to protect it, or risk information disclosure and lawsuits. A porn favorites list and personal identity info together in the same system is just asking to be hacked.
A person was probably heating up some pee on the way to cheat a drug test. They have little thermometer strips on the side, like what you see on a fish tank, to help verify the sample wasn’t brought in or tampered with.
Tragic. Just tragic.
