    Vance made a statement clearly saying he has never had sexual relations with a couch ‘to completion’.

    This qualifier means, to me, that he did indeed do the thing.

        I had to read it like four times, I focus (a bit too much) on rhetoric when someone speaks because I’m used to qualifiers like this twisting what they say, so I’m going to just keep pointing it out.
