WASHINGTON, Sept 13 (Reuters) - After the fatal shooting of right-wing influencer Charlie Kirk, U.S. Republicans have a warning for Americans: Mourn him respectfully or suffer the consequences.
Over the past several days, Democratic and Republican leaders have widely condemned the murder of Kirk, a 31-year-old activist and Trump world celebrity known for his hard-right views and pugnacious debating style.
That’s not a “warning,” that’s a threat.
It is just and righteous to threaten them in kind and I’m tired of pretending it’s not.
Who do these people think they are?
They think they are everyone’s betters. They have God on their side y’know.
Or else fuckin what?
I’ll say this about Charlie Kirk: while inconsistent, at some point he wanted the Epstein files released. Let’s mourn him properly. Let’s get those files. Do it for Charlie™.
He wanted them released until the admin told him not to. No brownie points for that.
I do not condone murder. I don’t even support a death penalty. But I do not and will not mourn terrorists, nor will I tolerate the whitewashing, sanewashing, or saintwashing of that hateful, monstrous person. Who dedicated their life to spreading fear and suffering and damnation among his fellow man.

I won’t mourn him and no one else should because Kirk and many others like him on the right have been pouring gas on the fire that is violence in the US.
Had Hasan Piker or any other left wing commentator been shot, Charlie Kirk would have been crowd funding to get the shooter out on bail.

Laura Loomer and Kirk’s assassin were both Groypers. Nick Fuentes backed Loomer for congress, and she was shit-talking Kirk over his Epstien stance last month. She’s more culpable than anyone she’s whining about.
I’m sorry, I just don’t have the empathy to mourn Charlie Kirk. It would sully his memory.
