Well I haven’t been on Facebook in about a decade, it’s nice to know I’m a cyber security threat.
Must make it hard for their infrastructure team to discuss work. All of Facebook runs on Linux.
This particular point really gets to me. It’s almost as if Facebook only wants consumers, no workers. I can’t help but notice that the CEO of Microsoft and Facebook had a seat at the inauguration, but not the CEO of linux.
Linus Linux wasn’t invited.
No “almost”. Employees are expensive.
I didn’t know that (although it makes sense). That’s pretty damn funny.
Thinking more on this…
I guess you could say…
They’re America’s Arch enemy.
Good for them. You never know when one of these terrorists is going to go into a building and rm it… or even rm -r the world.
Let the terrorists learn Linux, and it won’t be too long before everyone is making sandwiches for them.
Yeah, but what happens if one of them gets close enough to the President to chmod?!
Just one second there! The President’s executive order clearly states that ACLs are fixed when processes are spawned, we can no longer just chmod the sticky bit whenever we want to…
Sure, no regular chmod, but what if these violent extremists decide to sudo chmod -R 777 the Constitution?!
I’m more concerned about chown. If someone figures out how to chown the Constitution, we’re fucked!
I tried this yesterday, I didn’t run into any problems or FB telling me to remove the posts. So I’m a little lost on whom or what this is effecting.
