Probably didn’t help that when he walked out of court he said:

“they were engaged in changing votes.”

When a reporter responded there was no proof of such an allegation, Giuliani said: “Oh you’re damn right there is. Stay tuned.”

Stay tuned? The show already rolled credits. You can’t just introduce new evidence after the trial is over and a verdict is reached. And he was a lawyer, what a joke.

Yes. We call that discovery issues and if judge has reasonable belief about malicious intent you get into sanctions which can contain contempt charges and referrals to the bar.

Or to put it simpler: if he doesn’t, he lied, and that’s a bad look. If he does, there’s a chance he loses his law license, goes to jail, or jeopardizes his case even after the fact.

That’s not evil, that’s JUST dumb.

Remember when he was ‘America’s mayor’? Yeah…he was always shit but for the most part people liked him. All he had to do was…nothing. Literally do nothing to go down in history as an ok guy.

The reporters that are also in the pockets of Russian oligarchs? This has been an open secret for the better part of a decade now. Maga supporters will just see this as a sign of strength and diplomatic camaraderie.

Turns out it’s a great way to go broke, working for a scumbag that asks you to do illegal things and still doesn’t pay his bills.

I think he’s still in bankruptcy. From my understanding the bankruptcy trustee takes control over these kinds of things and it’s probably stayed right now anyway. Ultimately it will go on the pile with all the other liabilities where most or all will probably be discharged.

Good or bad, bankruptcy law doesn’t allow the trustee to touch income and expenses that are considered reasonable given your location. There is some standard calculator for all of that but I think the bankrupt can also lobby to keep control of various things, especially if it’s directly related to their earning capabilities.

Bankruptcy is designed to get people who are otherwise fucked back to a workable position. Even scumbags find themselves fucked and need some help sometimes, lol.
