It’s just a beef wellington or corn dog. So as long as it’s grade A beef and cooked properly it would be good!
Put a stick in those and they’d sell like hotcakes.
Why not just sell hotcakes, then? It’d be simpler.

There’s a legendary roadside place near where I grew up that did pretty much that. Hot dogs deep fried in funnel cake batter. Everyone knows the Dipdog
