No, the time to deal with this was any one of the multiple times Trump was impeached but our Congress and Judiciary are apparently filled with spineless corrupt pond scum pretending to be humans.
Americans voted him back in again so really didn’t matter much what Congress did.
If they had impeached his ass he wouldn’t have been eligible to run.
