I stomached looking at his truth social account so you don’t have to:

Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden’s recent medical diagnosis. We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery.

I guess some pr person has his phone today. He’ll probably say something stupid in an interview later.

Yeah. Turns out he posted on twitter last night, less than three hours from the OP’s countdown:

What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this yet another coverup???

I should note that there is no such thing as stage five cancer, only 1-4. And Jill Biden’s doctorate is in education.

It should have happened to Trump. Not that Biden is a good guy, but it would be nice if Trump died of an ass related illness.

While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management.

Feels like more of the same strategy of downplaying Biden’s symptoms. I bet when he dies they’ll deny it for a few days.

the form is still hormone sensitive so its treatable, to an extent, obvious with metasis is lower, but prostate usually have good prognosis, but that depends other factors.

much like breast cancers that are hormone sensitive, they are treatable, the ones that triple negative or the rare IBC those are very aggressive and they are not affected by anti-hormone therapy.

I heard recently it’s incredibly common for men to get diagnosed with prostate cancer and then just die normally from something else. Likely the same happens with him

Why can’t the current president get aggressive cancer? Everyone would love that (although I would pity the cancer).

With all the best doctors the presidents have, they discover it only at the fourth stage?

I’m a lowly peasant and my work let me do a yearly blood+pee test, I assumed that for presidents it would be something like a weekly checkup

cancers can grow very quickly in the short amount of time, only takes weeks for a tumor to grow large suddenly if its an aggressive type. also many cancers, like melanoma can spread with a small tumor extremely fast. the staging depends on how much its spread, and also by the biopsy how much it infilitrated the layers of tissues.

Either post on reddit and get a mix of Nazis and Russian bots.

Or post on Lemmy and get dumb fucks that idolize Russia or China and don’t even understand what communism is they just know it’s “cool” to be against capitalism.

Also never vote, but simultaneously blame the Democrats for everything.

I’ve seen people saying they don’t want to buy a Quest VR headset because Facebook supported the Uyghur genocide (reasonable) and then name PICO as an alternative despite it being owned by ByteDance which is tied to the Chinese government.

Yeah, people don’t think. They just repeat the popular thing.

Please cite a source. As far as I’ve heard, despite several investigations by Congress, there has never been any evidence that Byte dance has any ties to the Chinese government. The only premise they could come up with the try to separate TikTok was that they are a Chinese company and subject to the totalitarian rule of China’s government.

The Joe Biden legacy is literal genocide. What kind of insane person do you have to be to not be happy about this? This is objectively awesome.

You don’t have to be insane to not be happy about this. I believe in ‘harm reduction’, which is to say: If joe biden were still president, i would probably not be upset if some medical condition removed him from the presidency, because then he could no longer actively do harm from his position of power.

But now? He has almost no active power or influence over anything. His suffering doesn’t benefit me or reverse any previous harms he’s caused.

What is the purpose of punishment? To reform behavior? Or to make you feel better?

You can claim justice, but in this case, that’s just making you feel better. You want to hurt someone because they hurt others. That’s how we’ve had never-ending wars. We as a species need to grow past this

Do you think the Nuremberg trials were bad too?

Using “pacisim” to excuse a genocidal maniac who has expressed zero regret for his actions. What a joke. I am glad Hitler died and I am glad Joe Biden is dying.

The world will grow past these war criminals and their genocide mindset.

Everyone except big money donors wanted him to retire literal decades ago…

No one forced him to keep going, we had to fight him to stop well past it was time.

Like, you don’t think Joe Biden first and last “primary” being 40 years apart isnt a good thing?

Someone that wasn’t born till five years after his first run could have ran against him in his last.

      The guy won once.

Wishing him all the best. I have seen quite a few men die to that disease (no one dies of prostate cancer but it spreads really fast and to really bad places).

    Good luck Biden.
