Honestly I’ve been wondering since the debates if he had a bad UTI when he crashed and burned. It’s not uncommon for them to cause confusion or even delirium in that age group and I seem to recall a lot of vague comments from his team saying he’d been ‘sick’.

Cancer is an umbrella term for a huge variety of diseases and once you reach a certain age you’re likely to have at least one of them. It’s just not worth treating if you are in your 80s/90s.

Crazy, my dad was just diagnosed with the same cancer a few days ago. Not as aggressive, but on the higher end of the Gleason score. Hoping biden continues to live a long and healthy life
